How our photobooth policy have changed for upcoming weddings and events.

With Covid-19 around, and it’s here to stay, we’ve included all the information on efforts we’ve enacted to reduce the risk of infection to our team members and clients who have hired a photobooth.

What we’ll ask from you and your guests during Covid-19:

Social distancing – We have an open style booth which means we can still allow 4 people into each photo, but please don’t crowd around the booth. Members of the same family or household can use the photobooths at the same time.

Hand hygiene – Regularly wash your hands and before you enter the photobooth ask our attendant for hand sanitiser.

Equipment – We have a contactless photobooth which means you do not need to touch it. Our attendant will be with the photobooth the whole night and will direct you when operating the booth.

What we’ve changed with our photobooth (for the better):

No contact – Our photobooths are completely touch free. You and your guests have reduced risk while using the photobooths.

Hygiene – All the photobooths are sanitised before and after every single event. We will also have anti bacterial wipes and hand sanitiser on the night.

Reduced props – We can no longer use masks, hats and wigs in our photobooth. We have disposable stick props that are disposed of after every event. Please inform us in advance if you’d like to bring your own props and we can organise a sanitisation station beside the prop box.

Staff training – Vintage Booth have highly trained staff. We have teamed up with the HSE to train on social distancing policies and hygiene. Our staff will be wearing gloves and masks throughout the entire event.

We are all in this together so your safety and the safety of our staff is our priority. With our new policies we are confident we can deliver a safe and still enjoyable photobooth experience for you and your guests.

Please share this blog to notify your guests or if you know anyone who has a photobooth booked for their wedding or event, this might be informative for them. If your friends don’t already have a photobooth for their wedding, show them why they should have one.
