Once the client fills out the booking form and clicks submit, this agreement will be binding.
The Obligations of the Client
The client must provide the supplier access to the venue 1 hour prior to the Photo Booth hire start time.
The Client must provide a solid flat empty cubic space of 2.5 meters (L) x 1.5m (W) x 2.1m (H) for the Photo Booth and access to a 240V mains socket within 6 feet. If extension leads are required client or venue must provide so.
The client is responsible for any damage caused to the supplier’s equipment. The client will be charged full cost of any repair or replacement or cleaning should the damage be due to the negligence of the client and/or their guests.
If the supplier’s performance or any of its obligations under the agreement is prevented or delayed by an act or omission by the client, the client shall reimburse the supplier for any losses or costs sustained or incurred by the supplier, arising directly or indirectly from the act or omission by the client.
The Obligations of the Supplier
The supplier will provide the service agreed. If the supplier cannot honour the agreement, the client does not have to pay the balance and subsequent claims for incidental damages will not be accepted.
If we are unable to attend the event for whatever reason this may be, we will supply a replacement company and the clients balance is still due in full. If the cost of a replacement company exceeds the clients balance, the supplier will pay the difference. Subsequent claims for incidental damages will not be accepted.
Only payment prior to the event or on the day of the event is accepted and must be paid in full when requested. If the client is paying by cheque, the supplier must receive the cheque at least 4 weeks prior to the event.
Quotes are subject to change. The quote is for estimation purposes and is not a guarantee of cost for service. Quote is based on initial information from client about the event requirements. Actual cost may change once event elements are finalized and/or the booking form is filled out. Client will be notified of any changes in cost prior to them being incurred.
Cancellations must be made in writing to the supplier. A cancellation fee of €150 will be charged to the client no matter when the cancellation occurs or for what reason. The cancellation fee must be paid in full within 7 days subsequent to cancellation.
Our Vintage Booth attendants will not tolerate aggressive, violent or abusive behaviour.
The equipment supplied at the event remains the property of the supplier at all times.
The client agrees to have the Photo Booth operational for a minimum of 90% of the time during the hire period, as operations may need to be interrupted for servicing and maintenance of the Photo Booth i.e. changing the paper. The supplier does not take any responsibility for any failure of equipment – claims for a refund will be dismissed.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing the client grants the supplier full rights to use any digital images and videos taken at the event (inside or outside of the Photo Boot) on the supplier’s website, social media platforms and other marketing material without limitation.
We have several types of Photo Booths and we will allocate a specific Photo Booth to the event as we see fit.
No liability is accepted by the supplier for any loss, damage, cost, charge or expense whether occasioned by negligence or caused in any other way whatsoever and whether arising directly or consequentially by reason of or for or in respect of or in any way in connection with the service provided unless the loss or damage arises as a result of death or personal injury. The supplier’s total liability to the client in respect of any loss, damage or distress arising under or in connection with the agreement shall in no circumstances exceed the balance. The supplier will endeavour to ensure an on-time Photo Booth hire start time; however, will accept no liability or responsibility for delays in arriving to the venue.
Neither party shall be liable for any delay or failure to perform any of its obligations if the delay or failure is caused from events or circumstances outside its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, strikes, lock outs, accidents, war, or fire. The party shall be entitled to a reasonable extension of its obligations.
Agreement: Terms and Conditions and the information on the booking form.
Service: Supply of a Photo Booth at the event outlined in the booking form.
Client: The individual that fills out the booking form and/or pays the balance.
Supplier: Vintage Wedding Photo Booth
Balance: Fee agreed in the booking email sent before booking form is completed by the client for the service.
Event: The date, location, the hours of service and all logistics specified in the booking form by the client.
